Privacy policy

How OnlyPage handles information.

This policy explains the information processed when you use OnlyPage, why it is needed, when it may be shared, and how to contact us about your information.

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Information you provide

When you register, OnlyPage stores your email address, display name, and a one-way password hash. Your plaintext password is not stored in the account database. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in.

When you create a site, we process the content and settings you add, including text, image URLs, social links, search metadata, theme choices, site addresses, and publishing history. Content you publish is public and can be accessed by anyone who has the address.

If you use forms or third-party integrations, we process the configuration needed to provide those features. Form responses and integration credentials may include information supplied by you or your visitors. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use that information.

Information collected through use of the service

Our infrastructure may process IP addresses, request paths, browser and device information, timestamps, diagnostic messages, and security logs. These records help deliver pages, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the service.

OnlyPage uses Google Analytics to understand product usage and interactions. Analytics events can include page paths, interface actions, project or template identifiers, and timing information. Your browser or device may also receive cookies or similar identifiers from analytics services.

How information is used

  • To create and maintain accounts, save drafts, publish sites, and operate forms and domains.
  • To provide support, investigate errors, and communicate about service-related requests.
  • To monitor reliability, understand feature usage, and improve the product.
  • To detect spam, security threats, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users and others.

OnlyPage does not sell your personal information.

Service providers and public content

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, content delivery, analytics, notifications, email, or other parts of the service. These currently include our hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, Google Analytics, and Feishu for operational alerts. Registration and project alerts can include account email addresses, display names, and project details; error alerts can include request and diagnostic information.

We share information with service providers as needed to operate OnlyPage, or when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not treat public site content as confidential.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Account content, public pages, operational logs, and form data may have different lifecycles.

You can manage sites through your dashboard and contact us about account or personal-information deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons, and information you already published may remain in third-party caches or archives outside our control.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account and for deciding what information to publish or collect.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be evaluated in the context of the service and applicable law.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. You may also be able to complain to a local data-protection authority.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the account before completing a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
