Terms of service

The rules for using OnlyPage.

These terms govern your access to OnlyPage and the sites you create with it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for telling us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms in your jurisdiction.

Your content and sites

You retain responsibility for the text, images, links, forms, domains, and other material you submit or publish. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that material and that your sites comply with applicable law.

You grant OnlyPage the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise operate your content as part of providing the service. This includes making drafts available to you and making published pages publicly accessible.

If you collect personal information through a site or form, you are responsible for providing any required notices, obtaining any required consent, securing the information, and honoring applicable visitor rights.

Acceptable use

You must not use OnlyPage for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity. Prohibited conduct includes phishing, malware, scams, harassment, exploitation, infringement, spam, unauthorized access, service disruption, and attempts to bypass security or usage controls.

The safety guidelines provide additional examples and reporting instructions. We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, suspend sites, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or others.

Publishing, subdomains, and custom domains

OnlyPage provides publishing tools and free OnlyPage subdomains subject to availability. An address may become unavailable, and we may reclaim or change addresses when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or service operation.

For custom domains, you are responsible for owning or controlling the domain, configuring DNS correctly, and maintaining its registration. Third-party DNS and domain services are governed by their own terms.

Service changes and availability

Features may change as OnlyPage develops. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, and circumstances outside our control can affect access.

You should keep copies of important content and avoid relying on OnlyPage as your only archive. We are not responsible for content lost because you did not maintain an independent copy.

Third-party services

OnlyPage may rely on hosting, content-delivery, analytics, notification, email, and integration providers. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. OnlyPage does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent actions.

Intellectual property

The OnlyPage service, original templates, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using OnlyPage at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, nonpayment where applicable, or conduct that could harm the service or others. Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, OnlyPage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every error will be corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, OnlyPage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The latest version will be posted here with its updated date. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
