Frequently asked questions
How do I create a site?
Open the template gallery, choose a structure, and select Use template. After signing in, OnlyPage creates a project and opens the visual editor. Replace the example text, links, and images with your own content.
How do I publish my page?
Select Preview to check the page, then choose Publish. Your site receives a short OnlyPage subdomain. Publishing the same project again updates the existing public address rather than creating a separate copy.
Why are my editor changes not visible on the public site?
Saving a draft and publishing are separate steps. Save your latest changes, publish the project again, and then refresh the public URL. Browser or CDN caching can occasionally require another refresh.
Can I change the site address?
You can edit the site address in the editor before publishing. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. An address must be available, and changing an established public address can break links you have already shared.
Can I connect a custom domain?
Yes. Open the project’s Domain settings from the dashboard, add your hostname, configure the displayed DNS records with your domain provider, and run verification. DNS changes can take time to propagate.
Can I edit search titles and descriptions?
Yes. The editor’s settings panel includes the page title and meta description. Write accurate, distinct copy for the page. These fields improve search presentation but do not guarantee indexing or rankings.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Standard pages can be built by choosing a template and editing the content in the visual editor. Custom code is not required for layout, publishing, search settings, or custom domain setup.
Where can I get more help?
For account-specific or technical help, email [email protected] with the project URL, the steps to reproduce the issue, and the exact error. Do not include passwords, cookies, or private API keys.
Still stuck on a specific page?
Send the project URL, the steps you took, and the exact error so the issue is easier to reproduce.
